Our dear Val passed away Thursday evening. We will miss her dearly. Len & Val were instrumental is founding Grace Lutheran Church and served our congregation for many years. We know she is in the in the bosom of our Lord, healed of all her pain and infirmities enjoying eternity with her Savior, Jesus Christ!
Valerie Jane Clark, 61, Mountain View, Arkansas, formerly of Cohasset, Minnesota, died Thursday evening, June 16, 2011 at her vacation home in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

She is survived by her husband, Leonard Clark of Mountain View, AR; and three daughters – Lisa (Nick) Sucher of Dayton, KY, Kristina (Karl) Gaalaas of Grand Rapids, MN, Stephanie Clark (Scott Weamer) of Bozeman, MT; two sisters – Patricia Rickaby of Pine City, MN, Jan Wicklund of Inver Grove Heights, MN, four brothers – Daniel Erickson of Pine River, MN, Hartley Erickson of Bloomington, MN, David Erickson of Minneapolis, MN, and Karl Erickson of Mound, MN; grandchildren – Rhaea Sucher, Nikita Sucher, soon-to-be-born Baby Gaalaas, and great-granddaughter, Savanna Johnson-Sucher.

Visitation will be Monday, June 20, 2011 from 4-6p at Rowe Funeral Home, Grand Rapids, MN and will continue on Tuesday, June 21 from 10a until 11a funeral service at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Cohasset, MN. Rev. William C. Zeige will officiate. Burial will be at Itasca Calvary Cemetery, Grand Rapids, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Grace Lutheran Church in Mountain View, AR, or to Itasca Hospice Foundation.
